FAQ

Answers before you call

What if I already have an accountant?

No problem. We handle the switch at no cost: retrieving your file, transferring data and contacting your current accountant. You'll barely notice a thing.

How often will I hear from you?

By default we send a quarterly overview and VAT confirmation. We also proactively call or email when there are opportunities, risks or deadlines. You don't have to think about it.

What if the tax authority has questions?

We handle all correspondence with the Dutch Tax Authority on your behalf. You forward the letter, we take care of the rest. If there's an audit, we are your point of contact.

How do I submit receipts and invoices?

Via our app you photograph a receipt and it's automatically processed. Invoices and bank statements can be sent by email or shared folder. No more shoeboxes.

What is not included in the fixed monthly price?

In the Starter package, annual accounts (€ 215) and income tax return (€ 105) are separate. Both are included in Freelancer Complete. Payslips (€ 20.50) and on-site service (€ 46/hr) are add-ons for SME. No other hidden costs.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. We work with a one-month notice period. We trust in the quality of our work — not long-term contracts.

Do you also come to my location?

In Heerlen, Kerkrade, Landgraaf and surrounding areas we are happy to come in person for the intake. For SME clients we offer regular on-site service at € 46/hr, from 4 hours per week.
